01Scope of these terms

These terms describe use of the Bixvi marketing website and general service expectations. If your company subscribes to Bixvi under a separate order, service agreement or data-processing agreement, that agreement governs the relevant service and takes precedence over conflicting website terms.

Browsing this website does not create a subscription, accept a paid order or grant access to a company workspace. Contact sales@bixvi.com to discuss availability and commercial arrangements.

02Authorized and responsible use

Use the website and service lawfully and only with appropriate authorization. Do not attempt to access another company’s records, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content, send unlawful or abusive material, or use the service for unsolicited or prohibited communications.

You are responsible for the permissions, legal basis and accuracy of information you supply, and for respecting the rights of your prospects, customers and staff.

03Accounts and company administration

Company administrators manage their users, permissions and authorized use of a workspace. Keep credentials confidential, use the available security controls and report suspected misuse promptly.

Authorized platform support may access a workspace for assistance and configuration. Such activity is attributed and logged. Support access does not transfer ownership of company records or replace the company’s responsibility for its own communications and decisions.

04Features, plans and availability

Access to modules and allowances depends on your company’s plan, setup and applicable agreement. Preview images use fictional data and may simplify a workflow. They are not a promise that every pictured feature is included in every plan or available without configuration.

Service availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party services and changes to the product. Any specific uptime, support, backup or recovery commitments must be set out in an applicable service agreement.

No pricing, refund, payment or cancellation terms are created by the product previews. Those matters must be agreed when arranging a service.

05Content and intellectual property

Bixvi branding, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the website for evaluating or using Bixvi, but may not misrepresent ownership of the brand or reproduce it in a way that suggests an unauthorized endorsement.

A company retains its rights in the business information and content it supplies. It is responsible for ensuring that its content can lawfully be used in the service. Any service-processing permissions are subject to the relevant agreement.

06Decisions, communications and limitations

You remain responsible for reviewing messages, reports, exports, configuration changes and any assisted or automated suggestions before relying on them. Bixvi does not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates, response times or any other business outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the marketing website and its illustrative information are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. Any allocation of responsibility or liability for a contracted service is governed by its agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07Access restrictions and changes

Access may be restricted when required to address security risks, unauthorized activity, applicable obligations or a breach of relevant agreements. Account suspension, termination, export and retention arrangements for a contracted service depend on that agreement and applicable law.

We may update these website terms as the product and website evolve. The date above identifies the current website version. Material changes to a contracted service remain subject to the applicable agreement.
