01About this policy
Bixvi is the sales workspace presented on this website. This notice explains the information used for website operation, sales enquiries and account support. For privacy questions, contact sales@bixvi.com.
A company using Bixvi is responsible for the prospect, staff and conversation information it puts into its workspace, including the purposes for which it uses that information. If you are a customer or staff member of that company, contact the company first about its records. Separate agreements may govern service processing for a company.
02Information we handle
When you email us, your message may include your name, email address, company details and information about your enquiry. The contact form on this website only prepares a draft in your email application; the website does not submit or store its field contents.
Website and service infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps and error or security events. Signed-in services use account identifiers and session information. Company workspaces may contain lead contact details, conversations, notes, attachments, follow-ups, staff information and audit records supplied through their use of the service.
The product previews on this website contain fictional sample data. They do not expose actual tenant records.
03Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss product setup, provide requested support, operate the service, maintain account access, investigate faults, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, the appropriate basis depends on the activity: responding to a requested service or taking steps toward an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, consent where required, or compliance with a legal obligation. Company workspace data is handled in the context of the company’s instructions and any applicable service agreement.
04Cookies and browser storage
The public marketing pages do not add advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Signed-in parts of Bixvi use necessary session cookies to maintain authentication and protect requests.
If a platform operator selects “Trust this device,” a persistent cookie can remember the browser for up to 30 days. The password is still required. Device trust can be revoked from the platform security screen. Some workspace preferences may use browser storage. You can remove cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, which may sign you out or reset preferences.
05Access, sharing and support
Information may be available to authorized team members and service providers needed to operate hosting, email and related infrastructure, or where disclosure is required by law. The marketing website does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Authorized platform support can access a company workspace to provide assistance. Support sessions and CRM activities are attributed to the platform operator and recorded in audit history. Company workspaces use separate data and access controls.
If service providers process information outside your country, applicable safeguards and any relevant service agreement govern that processing. Contact us if you need details about the processing arrangements for a proposed workspace.
06Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, account operation, support, security, record keeping and applicable legal or contractual obligations. The relevant criteria include whether an enquiry is active, whether a workspace remains in use and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute or investigate a security event. Ask us about retention arrangements for your specific account.
Bixvi uses access restrictions, authentication and audit controls to help protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords or unnecessarily sensitive customer information in a sales enquiry.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, to object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Rights may be subject to exceptions and identity verification.
Email sales@bixvi.com to make a request about information handled directly by Bixvi. For records controlled by a company using a workspace, direct your request to that company; we can help identify the appropriate route. You may also contact the privacy regulator relevant to your location.
08Updates and contact
This notice may be updated when the website, service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting a contracted service may also be communicated through the relevant account arrangements.
Questions, privacy requests and concerns can be sent to sales@bixvi.com.
Let’s keep things clear.
